Jim MacMullen is the Regional TCR Coordinator for American Electric Power’s Eastern U.S. Transmission service area. Jim joined TechServ in August of 2011 and utilizes 20 years in Project and Construction Management to assist in coordinating the hiring, placement, and overseeing the development of 35+ TCRs covering 120,000 square miles in 6 states. One of Jim’s professional goals is to ensure that TechServ’s field personnel are setting the industry standard for performance in Transmission Construction Management and that our customers are receiving the best in both service and support.
Jim is a U.S. Air Force Veteran who served during the Persian Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm. Upon return, Jim attended Franklin University in Columbus Ohio, studying Construction Management, Business, and Real Estate Law while working in the Construction Industry. He is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a PMP certificate, is OSHA 30-hour certified, and is CPR and First Aid Certified as well.
