Mr. Kinsey brings over 38 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Mr. Kinsey held various roles in Transmission and Distribution for Oncor Electric Delivery, one of the largest electric companies in Texas, including Protection Control Manager, Sr. Manager of Vegetation Management, and all Distribution Construction Contractors. His latest role was Executive Vice President of Cobra Energy, managing the restoration of electric power in Puerto Rico.
Mr. Kinsey’s knowledge and experience allow him to bring a unique perspective to the clients and employees of TechServ; paving the way for growth, reliability, accountability, and most of all, safety.
Mr. Kinsey holds an Associate Degree in Electrical Power Distribution from Texas State Technical College, Waco, TX
