Kim Rhodes joined TechServ in 1999 and has been privileged to serve as the Business Office Manager for the last 18 years. She has been instrumental in overseeing and managing a multitude of processes and functions such as payroll, human resources, insurance benefits, financial audits, accounts billable and payable, and 401K enrollment. She also oversees the onboarding of all new employees to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and contract requirements, as well as introduce them to the TechServ culture and values.
Mrs. Rhodes holds an Associate Degree in Business from Tyler Junior College.
